You will provide technical assistance to staff and help ensure smooth use of computer technology across the organization. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, maintain IT systems, and support remote and onsite users.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and resolve them, onsite and remotely.
• Willingness to learn and develop IT competencies.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• English language proficiency at least B2 and Polish at C1.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and manage IT systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and effectively resolve technical problems.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize and improve technological processes.
