The role covers IT support, hardware setup, identity management, security, and networking, with input into tooling and policies. Office-first hybrid, private healthcare, Multisport, English lessons, relocation support and pet-friendly office are offered.

Qualifications

• Broad IT generalist role across support, infrastructure, and operations.
• Ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Self-driven with ownership of tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to developers and staff; diagnose and resolve issues.
• Prepare, configure, and maintain workstations and hardware; manage assets and licenses.
• Manage identity and access across systems; onboard/offboard users.
• Maintain backups, DR procedures, patch cycles, and basic vulnerability checks.
• Administer and monitor wired and wireless network infrastructure.
• Set up and support equipment for company events (streaming, recording, cameras, AV).
