Profitroom is seeking a Junior IT Engineer to join our Corporate IT team in Poznań. You will provide technical assistance to staff and help ensure smooth use of computer technology across the organization. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, maintain IT systems, and support remote and onsite users.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and resolve them, onsite and remotely.
• Willingness to learn and develop IT competencies.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• English language proficiency at least B2 and Polish at C1.

We are looking for a Junior IT Engineer to join our Corporate IT team based in Poznań. This role involves providing technical assistance to individuals within our organization. The primary objective is to facilitate the smooth and effective utilization of computer technology by Profitroom staff.

The role

Within this capacity, the IT Engineer takes care of identifying and resolving issues reported by users while also offering guidance and assistance related to operating systems, office software, computer hardware, and network usage.

What you'll actually do

• Provide technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and manage IT systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What we're looking for

• Operating Systems — basic knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Troubleshooting — ability to diagnose technical issues and effectively resolve them, both onsite and remotely.
