ITConnect Sp. z o.o. in Poland seeks a seasoned Business/Data Analyst for the Deposits Domain. You will work with Product Owners and Analysts to drive business and technical requirements and collaborate with implementation teams delivering software in a SAFe framework.

You will analyse business needs, apply data modelling and document functional and non-functional requirements to enable effective solutions. Hybrid work setup offered.

Descrizione del lavoro

The Deposits Domain maintains Personal Banking customer accounts and deposits in N-core, based on Temenos Transact, serving approximately 6.5 million accounts in the N-core ledger.

You will work with experienced Product Owners and Analysts to drive business and technical requirements specifications and collaborate closely with implementation teams delivering software development according to SAFe Agile Practices.

You will play a key role in understanding business needs, analysing systems and applying data modelling to support clear and effective solutions.

• Clarify, document and communicate the functional and non-functional requirements, and drive your part of change initiatives with multiple stakeholders in line with the target state to enable sustainable solutions
• Strengthen the robustness and quality of applications supporting the business area to ensure reliable, scalable and up-to-date production environment
• Deliver according to scope, organization standards, quality and timelines to meet business needs
• Keep track of latest developments and best practices within your field to maintain professional growth
• Facilitate agile collaboration across business, IT and external partners to enable successful deliveries that enhance business performance
• Provide guidance, including facilitation, coaching and review, to maximize customer value within your area
