OPTIVEUM sp. z o.o. is seeking a Junior IT Analyst to join the Deposits Domain, working on core banking platforms in a hybrid Poland role.

You will clarify, document and communicate requirements and collaborate with product owners, analysts and implementation teams using SAFe practices. The position offers hybrid work with 3 days in the office and a 40-hour week, located in Warsaw or other Polish offices (Gdańsk/Gdynia or Warsaw).

Junior IT Analyst

About the Offer

We are currently looking for a Junior IT Analyst to join the team of our global client from the banking industry. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us. You will join the Deposits Domain, which maintains Personal Banking customers’ accounts and deposits in N-core, a core banking platform based on Temenos Transact that currently holds around 6.5 million accounts. You will work alongside experienced Product Owners and Analysts who drive business and technical requirements, in close collaboration with the implementation teams, following SAFe Agile practices.

• Rate: up to 80 PLN/h (B2B)
• Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days a week from the office, full-time (40h/week)
• Location: Gdańsk/Gdynia or Warsaw

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and an understanding of complex system architecture and how systems communicate
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Business knowledge of banking
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Self-organised, proactive and able to plan your work independently
• Fluent English
