Job summary

Optiveum is recruiting a Junior IT Analyst for a banking client. You will join the Deposits Domain, working with Product Owners and Analysts in a SAFe Agile environment to translate business needs into system requirements.

The role focuses on requirement analysis, data modelling, and delivering robust, scalable solutions in Temenos Transact-based contexts. Hybrid work (3 days in office) in Poland, with client needs guiding location.

Qualifications

• Strong requirements analysis capabilities.
• Experience with business and data modelling.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and complex system communication.
• Strong conceptual thinking.
• Banking domain knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and large datasets.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence usage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Self-organised and proactive planning ability.
