Job summary

An international software company in Warsaw is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide first line support to office employees. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, good English skills, and experience in networking. Qualifications

• Experience in using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Basic Linux knowledge is a plus.

• Perform daily system monitoring and verification of hardware integrity.

• Document, track and respond to requests through the ticketing system
• Develop and maintain documentation including installation and configuration procedures
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware
• Labeling of all major assets

Profile

• Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
• Experience in using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office and Outlook within a network environment
• Experience in networking, routing and switching
• Basic Linux knowledge
• Relevant 1st line / Helpdesk support experience will be a plus
• Profound communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good English skills (close cooperation with an international IT Support Team), German will be a plus
