Job summary

Fluke Corporation is hiring a Junior Human Resources Business Partner in Poland on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract (September 2026 through March 2027) to provide maternity leave coverage. You will partner with managers and employees to deliver key HR processes and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Working in the EMEA HR team, you will translate HR strategies into practical actions supporting both employees and business objectives, covering engagement,

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources or related internship/placement.
• Structured, detail‑oriented and able to follow established guidelines.
• Clear and respectful communication with colleagues and managers.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism.
• Basic ability to work with data and HR reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to support HR processes and initiatives.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance on employee relations, performance and development.
• Support engagement, IDE, and talent management initiatives within EMEA HR.
• Assist with workforce planning, role changes, restructuring, and data analysis.
• Contribute to training design and delivery in collaboration with TA and COE.
