Job summary

Twinings Swarzędz is seeking a digitally skilled and motivated HR data analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights. You will create regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards and presentations using Excel and Power BI, supporting data-driven decision making across the business.

Ideal candidates are at the start of their career, comfortable with data, technology and people, with fluent Polish and English and a passion for AI-enabled analytics. Hybrid work and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Education in business, economics, analytics, IT, mathematics or related fields.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and verbal).
• Advanced Excel skills including data analysis, modelling, reporting and visualisation.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyse and interpret HR data from multiple sources.
• Create regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Use Excel and Power BI to visualise trends and generate insights.
• Identify patterns, correlations and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support HR teams and business leaders with data-driven analysis.
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell a clear story with data.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and enhance analytics.
• Support continuous improvement and automation of HR reporting processes.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to turn business questions into analytical solutions.

Skills, Knowledge, and Proficiency

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, modelling, reporting and visualisation.
• Education in business, economics, analytics, IT, mathematics or related fields
• Fluent in both Polish and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Highly digitally literate, with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies and their application in business processes.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Strong methodological, critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Careful attention to detail combined with the ability to connect information
