Twinings Ovaltine is seeking a junior HR Data & Insights Analyst in Poland. The role focuses on transforming HR data into meaningful insights, creating clear reports and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.

The ideal candidate will be digitally skilled, curious and motivated, with strong Excel and Power BI capabilities, plus fluent Polish and English. A hybrid work setup and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modelling, reporting and visualization.
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR stakeholders to turn business questions into analytical solutions

Skills, Knowledge, and Proficiency

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, modelling, reporting and visualisation.
• Education in business, economics, analytics, IT, mathematics or related fields
• Fluent in both Polish and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Highly digitally literate, with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies and their application in business processes.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Strong methodological, critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Careful attention to detail combined with the ability to connect information
