Job summary

Twinings is seeking a Junior HR Data & Insights Analyst in Poland to transform HR data into meaningful insights and support data-driven decision making. The role focuses on building reports, dashboards and presentations using Excel and Power BI, while collaborating with HR teams to drive improvements across the business.

The ideal candidate is at the early stage of their career, digitally skilled with a passion for data, and comfortable translating complex data into clear, actionable

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, modelling, reporting and visualisation.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Power BI for dashboards and insights.
• Strong digital literacy with interest in AI applications in business processes.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyse and interpret HR data from multiple sources.
• Create regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Use Excel and Power BI to visualise trends and generate insights.
• Identify patterns, correlations and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support HR teams and business leaders with data-driven analysis.
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell a data-driven story.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and enhance analytics.
• Support continuous improvement and automation of HR reporting processes.

Skills, Knowledge, and Proficiency

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, modelling, reporting and visualisation.
• Education in business, economics, analytics, IT, mathematics or related fields
• Fluent in both Polish and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Highly digitally literate, with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies and their application in business processes.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Strong methodological, critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Careful attention to detail combined with the ability to connect information
