Twinings Ovaltine in Poland is seeking a Junior HR Data & Insights Analyst to transform HR data into meaningful insights, create clear and engaging reports and support data-driven decision-making across the business. This role focuses on building dashboards and presentations using Excel and Power BI, with collaboration across HR and leadership teams.

Ideal candidates are early in their career, data-curious, and comfortable working with people, technology, and AI-powered reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, modelling, reporting and visualisation.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Power BI and PowerPoint for reporting and storytelling with data.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Collect, validate, analyse and interpret HR data from multiple sources.
• Create regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Use Excel and Power BI to visualise trends and generate insights.
• Identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support HR teams and leaders with data-driven analysis.
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell a data story.

Skills, Knowledge, and Proficiency

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, modelling, reporting and visualisation.
• Education in business, economics, analytics, IT, mathematics or related fields
• Fluent in both Polish and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Highly digitally literate, with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies and their application in business processes.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Strong methodological, critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Careful attention to detail combined with the ability to connect information
