Citigroup Inc. in Warsaw is seeking a Junior HR Customer Care Specialist to provide first-line HR support to Citi employees, former employees and third-party vendors via approved channels, covering pay, time and absence, and benefits. This entry-level role is a stepping stone within Citi HR.

The position offers a hybrid work model (up to 2 days at home per week) with a competitive base salary and a broad benefits package, designed to support employees and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support by answering HR inquiries to Citi employees, former employees and vendors.

• Proactively ensure continuity of service on HR Connect channels.
• Educate employees on using self-service tools.
• Assist in process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and satisfaction.

Team/Role Overview:

Junior HR Customer Care Specialist is an entry level position responsible for contributing to the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources Team. The overall objective of this role is to provide assistance to the employees as an first line of contact through approved contact channels. The areas that are support by this role are various HR Operation related topic including: pay inquiries, employee data, time and absence, benefits.

This position is a great stepping stone to your further development in the Citi HR Team.

What you'll do:

• Deliver support in the form of answering HR related inquiries to HR Customers including Citi employees, former employees and third-party vendors in the areas related but not limited to pay, tax, time and absence, benefits, employee data and system navigation via approved contact channels
• Ensure tasks completion in a timely manner with respect to the targets as defined by the regional and global management
• Maintain high standard of professional etiquette and work ethics as well as proper task prioritization
• Proactively act to ensure continuity of service on all HR Connect support channels such as ticketing platform and employee hotline.
• Educate employees on how to efficiently utilize self-service tools through direct access channels.
• Assist in process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.

What we'll need from you:

• Working knowledge of HR business processes
• Full proficiency in both Polish and English language (min. B2) is a must (written and verbal language skills).
• Experience in identifying process improvements and supporting associated implementation efforts
• Team player with a clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent
