Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland in Warsaw requests an Employee Relations Analyst to support case management across all investigation phases, under supervision. You will help develop and implement workplace policies to boost employee engagement and partner with the ER team on reporting and portfolio work.

The role emphasizes data analysis, documentation, and collaboration, with a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package in a leading financial institution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in investigation support or related work.
• Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data base entry skills a must
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential information; Proven work ethic and ability to self-start
• Fluent English (writing and speaking); Bi-lingual skills would be a great advantage
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Team/Role Overview:

The Employee Relations Analyst is responsible for providing case management support through all phases of Employee Relations investigations, under the supervision of an Investigator and in coordination with the Employee Relations team.
