Job summary

Vos Logistics in Warsaw is seeking a Team Leader of the Freight Forwarding Department to coordinate road transport processes, plan and supervise transport orders, and drive operational excellence. You will monitor drivers with category C+E, optimize routes, and respond to issues, while coordinating with the technical department, planning, customer service, and quality teams across Europe.

Working hours are 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Good English and German language skills are advantageous.

We are looking for someone to join our operations team for the daily coordination of transport processes. We need a person who is not afraid of a dynamic work environment and easily establishes relationships, which is crucial in a decentralized structure.

The person employed in this position will be responsible for coordinating road transport processes, including planning and supervising the execution of transport orders. Their tasks will include monitoring the work of drivers with category C+E licenses, determining optimal travel routes, and responding promptly to emerging operational problems. The position also involves cooperation with the technical department in planning repairs, inspections, and maintenance of the vehicle fleet. An important element of the role is also close collaboration with international Planning, Customer Service, and Quality teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of transport services. Work is organized from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM (free time)
