Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Fleet Operations Specialist to support daily trailer fleet operations across Europe from Warsaw. You will manage trailer availability, utilization, and respond to internal customer needs in an operational role.

The team focuses on keeping trailers available, well-utilized, and aligned with operational requirements, with onboarding, training, and development programs in place.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport, logistics, fleet control, forwarding, or haulage.
• Good understanding of transport operations and customer needs.
• Structured and systematic approach to daily tasks.
• Attention to detail and focus on results.
• Clear, direct, and respectful communication style.
• Good command of English for daily cooperation.

DSV Global Equipment Services manages trailer rental and daily trailer operations for DSV teams across Europe. The team focuses on keeping trailers available, well-utilized and aligned with operational needs.
