Job summary

Vos Logistics in Warsaw is seeking a Team Leader of the Freight Forwarding Department to coordinate road transport processes, plan and supervise transport orders, and drive operational excellence. You will monitor drivers with category C+E, optimize routes, and respond to issues, while coordinating with the technical department, planning, customer service, and quality teams across Europe.

Working hours are 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Good English and German language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate road transport processes and plan/ supervise transport orders.
• Monitor drivers with category C+E licenses and optimize routes.
• Address operational issues promptly and collaborate with technical, planning, customer service and quality teams.
