Job summary

ARCHE Consulting is seeking a Track & Trace Team Leader to monitor and manage ongoing transport operations. The role blends team leadership, operational oversight, data analysis, and process improvement to ensure smooth execution of transport orders.

You will lead the team, organize daily work, drive KPI performance, and implement new tools and standards. Close collaboration with Operations, Freight Forwarding, Sales, and IT is essential to deliver improvements under time pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management within transport, logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar operational environment.
• Proven experience in independently implementing process improvements.
• Experience working with KPIs and operational data.
• Good understanding of the transport industry and the ability to work effectively under time pressure.
• Strong ownership, decision-making skills, and excellent communication abilities.

About the role

We are looking for a person to take responsibility for the Track & Trace function and further develop the way we monitor and manage ongoing transport operations.

This role combines team management, operational oversight, data analysis, and process improvement.

Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth execution of transport orders, identify potential issues at an early stage, and establish effective working standards that enable the team to perform efficiently even when managing a high volume of transports simultaneously.
