Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Junior EPIC Coordinator to join the Procurement Data Compliance Team in Kraków, Poland. You will act as the first contact for specification-related cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement within your area of responsibility.

You will engage with external partners across Europe, monitor responsiveness, and provide training to new team members while supporting CSP initiatives and data integrity in the EPIC database.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking and writing; second European language is a plus.
• Experience in fields like Chemistry, RD&E, Procurement or Project Management is welcome.
• Bachelor's or higher in Chemicals (Mech/Chem) and/or Business.
• Proactive mindset, resilience, and ability to adapt to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external partners (co-packers) to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
• Coordinate communication with internal teams (Procurement, Quality, RD&E, Regulatory, Planning).
• Participate in cross-department alignment and optimization projects.
• Provide training for new team members.
• Represent procurement compliance (CSP) in forums.
• Conduct analysis to ensure high service levels for partners.
• Advise on handling excess/obsolete processes.
• Handle exceptions from specifications (TDS).
