Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team in Kraków. You will screen talent pools, verify qualifications, source candidates through multiple channels, and conduct phone screens to identify qualified applicants.

You’ll build internal and external networks for passive sourcing, promote the Ecolab employer brand, attend career fairs, and advise HR and managers on market trends and recruitment best practices while supporting efficient hiring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, IR, Business or equivalent.
Fluency in German.
2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available.

Responsibilities

Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements and work authorization.
Source candidates through multiple channels and recruit through various systems.
Conduct phone screen interviews and partner with managers throughout staffing.
Identify target industries and networks to proactively create pools of qualified candidates.
Develop internal/external networks to support passive sourcing.
Promote the Ecolab brand as an Employer of Choice.
Attend career fairs/recruiting events and advise on recruitment best practices.
