Job summary

Ecolab in Kraków is seeking a Product Label Technician to support the Global Specifications team within the Global Supply Chain Division. You will maintain product labeling processes and manage label specification changes across the European portfolio, ensuring compliance with corporate identity standards and European legislation.

You will collaborate with Graphics Agencies, create labels using available software, and keep the Artwork EPIC database current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of commercial or technical apprenticeship in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent work experience.
• Moderate computer skills; experience with graphic software is a plus (InDesign/Illustrator).
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Basic knowledge of Ecolab’s products and services.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-operate with internal and external Graphics Agencies.
• In-house label creation with available software as decided by Manager.
• Keep entries up to date in Artwork Database, EPIC (and other needed databases).
• Manage label changes of moderate complexity.
