Mattel Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager for the E-commerce & Distributors channel. You will shape commercial strategies, drive promotional campaigns, and contribute to business growth in a fast-paced digital environment.

You will partner with buyers and cross-functional teams to secure orders, manage forecasts, and develop range plans. This role offers hands-on ownership and a collaborative, innovative culture that values agility and fresh ideas.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing or account support.
• Understanding of sales processes, order fulfillment mechanisms, and promotional planning.
• Solid account management experience with online customers is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Customer Orders & Sales Execution across e-commerce and distributor partners.
• Forecasting and inventory management optimization.
• Range planning aligned with local marketing activation.
• Promotional planning, product launches and seasonal activations.
• E-commerce content and visibility optimization.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance and Sales.
• Strategic annual account planning and data-driven decision making.
