Job summary

Royal Canin is seeking a Junior e-Key Account Manager (f/m/x) in Warsaw. The role is hybrid with up to 50% remote work and a fixed-term contract until December 2027.

You will build relationships with online retailers in Poland and execute the brand's e-commerce sales strategy while collaborating across marketing, e-commerce, and category teams. You will analyze sales data, forecast performance, and lead negotiations to drive growth for Royal Canin's e-commerce portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships while driving customer growth.
• Strong customer focus with a results-oriented mindset.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Fluency in Polish and English for international communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop long-term relationships with key e-commerce customers in Poland.
• Execute sales strategy and deliver KPIs.
• Prepare and monitor business plans for assigned customers.
• Own sales performance, forecasting, and contribute to S&OP+.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partners.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights and reports.
• Lead negotiations and terms of cooperation with customers.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing activations.
