Job Overview

The Designer will play a key role in creating exceptional multi-channel digital experiences, supporting marketing and communication efforts across the organization. This position combines creative design expertise with strong project ownership, requiring hands‑on proficiency using both established and emerging design and content authoring tools. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and accessible digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, cross‑channel experiences across various digital platforms (majorly email and website)
• Independently drive, coordinate, and close on design requirements for diverse project
• Create and amend a variety of digital assets, including:
  • New email designs and updates to existing emails
  • Develop emails on content authoring tools (KNAK - training will be provided)
  • Edits to existing website design
  • Video editing could be a plus
  • Design print assets, including brochures, posters, and flyers etc., ensuring materials are print‑ready
• Implement best practices in accessible and inclusive design
• Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues in agile environments
• Stay current with agile marketing processes and adapt to evolving project needs
