Job summary

ELEKS Product Design Office in Kraków seeks a Senior Experience Designer to shape complex SaaS products with strong UX leadership and design system governance.

You'll conduct user research, translate findings into compelling UI concepts, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring accessibility and inclusive design. Flexible office presence 2 days a week in Kraków.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience
• Strong knowledge of design thinking and human-centered design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Familiar with Storybook and design system tooling
• Experience designing complex SaaS products with deep hierarchy
• Design token thinking and component library stewardship
• Ability to design complex data tables and forms
• Work across multiple sub-projects within one product
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
• English at least upper-intermediate
• Office presence Kraków 2 days/week

Responsibilities

ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer in Krakow.

REQUIREMENTS

• Over 5 years of experience in UX design
• Deep understanding of design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Familiarity with component codebases and frontend documentation tools, such as Storybook
• Experience in designing complex SaaS products with deep hierarchy
• Experience working with Design System (creation, maintenance)
• Design token-based thinking, component library stewardship
• Complex data table and form design layouts, visual hierarchy
• Ability to work across multiple parallel sub-project streams within the same product
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with AI coding agents is a plus
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Availability to work from the Kraków office 2 days per week
