Weare looking for a Mid or Senior Product Designer to join an established designteam within a global fintech environment delivering enterprise-grade digitalproducts across multiple regions. The team operates within a Digital unitresponsible for several high-visibility platforms, including internationalpayment solutions, merchant portals, onboarding platforms, Android-basedpayment terminal applications, and developer-facing API platforms. The ambitionis to deliver user experiences that compete with leading fintech products interms of usability, visual quality, and overall design maturity.

Responsibilities

• Design final UI views and assets for web and mobile applications
• Create interaction design concepts including wireframes andinteractive prototypes
• Lead and support user research and usability testing activities
• Translate research insights into scalable and user-centric designsolutions
• Ensure usability, clarity, and visual consistency across platforms
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and businessstakeholders
• Contribute to and extend the existing design system
• Monitor UX and UItrends and apply relevant best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience for Mid level or 4 years for Senior level inProduct Design
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing
• High proficiency in Figma
• Experience working with and expanding design systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Availability to work fully onsite in Warsaw
