Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Poland is seeking a Tax Services Specialist to support BI's global partners in EMEA with tax declarations and data gathering across multiple countries. You will act as a liaison between Global Business Services and Corporate Tax to prepare returns and ensure deadlines.

Fluent English and a minimum of 2 years' experience in tax consulting or international companies are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and has at least 2 years of professional experience in tax consulting or a comparable multinational setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or Law or similar.
• Practical knowledge of financial and/or tax accounting topics, especially CIT, WHT, VAT, or Tax Accounting, and ability to adapt to guidelines.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills; ability to work in a team and independently.
• Experience with MS Office, SAP FI/SAP S/4HANA is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering from multiple sources for preparation of tax returns and fiscal reports within the country responsibility.
• Ensure completeness, correctness, and reconciliation of gathered data.
• Coordinate tax-related change activities and postings with Global Business Services.
• Ensure high-quality preparation of tax returns (CIT, WHT, VAT) within statutory deadlines; document and archive issue files.
• Collaborate with Corporate Tax and other groups to handle country-specific questions and requirements.
