Job summary

Vesuvius is seeking a Junior Data Administration Analyst for a 6-month contract based in Kraków. In this role you will support Order Management processes and help ensure top-quality daily data services for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include master data management (customer creation/update), reporting on KPIs, price book management for direct sales, and compliance with data privacy and SLAs. Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 is required; SAP B1 familiarity is a plus.

Junior Data Administration Analyst - 6-month contract

*Please note that this a temporary role, running for 6 months *

Vesuvius are seeking a Junior Data Administrator Analyst. In this position you will be supporting Order Management processes, aiming to guarantee best-in-class customer service and to ensure maximum customer-centricity via timely and high-quality daily support.

You will have tight cooperation with Customer Service Front Line teams, as well as Supply Chain teams (Logistics), and your main tasks will be master data (e.g. customer creation and updating), reporting (e.g. on KPIs), price book management concerning direct sales, compliance and due diligence.

A crucial element of this role will be fulfilling the process requirements agreed by the business according to The Service Level Agreement, as well as performing allocated tasks as mentioned within Key Performance Indicators. You will do so by taking accountability for a certain portfolio of tasks, showing ownership, driving accountability and contributing improvements to the process journey.

The Data Administration Analyst role provides a structured pathway for professional growth, starting from foundational responsibilities and progressing to strategic leadership in data management.

Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Perform accurate and efficient data entry and management tasks using tools like Excel and SharePoint.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate, interpret, and present actionable insights from data reports to inform business decisions.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to company-specific data protocols and data privacy regulations, maintaining the highest standards of security.
• Process Optimization: Identify and resolve data issues, propose improvements, and implement efficient workflows.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
  • Basic understanding of data management and Office 365 tools.
    • Experience working in data analysis & reporting – nice-to-have
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel (i.e. knowledge of VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables)
    • Strong ability to manage and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
    • Familiarity with SAP B1/A1 or scheduling systems – nice-to-have
