Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Warsaw is seeking a data analyst to build reporting solutions from transportation and financial data using Python-based tools. You will collaborate with business analysts and other teams to design reports that meet client needs and support decision-making.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, experience with Python libraries, Excel, and the ability to work on large datasets.

What you'll do:

• Build and develop reporting solutions based on transportation and financial data using our internal tool based on Python.
• Work closely with business analysts and other teams to design reports that truly meet client needs.
• Co-create and customize reporting tools that support decision-making.
• Automate, optimize, and improve existing solutions.
• Contribute to both internal and external projects, gaining broad exposure and experience.

What we're looking for:

• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, DateTime) for data transformation.
• Solid Excel skills and experience working with large datasets (or in a junior analyst role).
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Communicative English (min. B2).
• A proactive, creative, and team-oriented approach – we value energy and a constructive mindset!

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the logistics industry and CargoWise One.
• Familiarity with VBA, PowerQuery, or Power BI.
