Job summary

DSV is seeking a data-driven analyst to build reporting solutions using Python on transportation and financial data. You will partner with business analysts to design reports that meet client needs and co-create tools to support decision-making.

You will automate and improve existing solutions, contribute to internal and external projects, and gain broad exposure in a global logistics organization with a Scandinavian-inspired culture.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with Python libraries for data transformation (Pandas/NumPy/DateTime).
• Solid Excel skills and handling large datasets.
• Organised, detail-oriented, proactive and team-focused.

What you'll do:

• Build and develop reporting solutions based on transportation and financial data using our internal tool based on Python.
• Work closely with business analysts and other teams to design reports that truly meet client needs.
• Co-create and customize reporting tools that support decision-making.
• Automate, optimize, and improve existing solutions.
• Contribute to both internal and external projects, gaining broad exposure and experience.

What we're looking for:

• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, DateTime) for data transformation.
• Solid Excel skills and experience working with large datasets (or in a junior analyst role).
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• A proactive, creative, and team-oriented approach - we value energy and a constructive mindset!

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the logistics industry and CargoWise One.
• Familiarity with VBA, PowerQuery, or Power BI.
