Responsibilities

• Managing the order-to-invoice process.
• Communicating with customers and suppliers via email and phone.
• Providing after-sales support to business customers.
• Managing customer orders and maintaining order accuracy.
• Monitoring and handling backlog alerts and requested backlog changes.
• Supporting customer reserved inventory management.
• Cooperating with Sales, Assets, and Logistics teams.
• Driving on-time delivery performance in line with customer and company goals.
• Building customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement.
