Job summary

Arrow Global Components, part of Arrow Electronics, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Gdańsk. You will manage the order-to-invoice process, support customers and internal stakeholders, and work with Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth deliveries.

The role requires English at B2/C1, MS Office proficiency, and prior customer service or order management experience. Hybrid work model with three days in the Gdańsk office.

Qualifications

• English at B2/C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Sales Support.
• Ability to stay calm and professional with customers.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-invoice process.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers via email and phone.
• Provide after-sales support to business customers.
• Ensure accurate order handling and backlog management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and other teams.
• Support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
