Job summary

Verisk Analytics, Inc. in Kraków is seeking a Junior Customer Representative to join the dynamic Customer Service Team, where you’ll impact the customer experience from day one.

You will handle inquiries, support sales opportunities, manage orders, and provide product guidance in a busy helpdesk environment, with a hybrid work model. This role offers development opportunities and exposure to international clients.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• First professional experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Strong ability to build relationships with business clients.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• A solution-oriented mindset and confidence in decision-making.
• Great listening skills and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
