Job summary

Lufthansa Group in Kraków is seeking a BSP Risk & Cash Office Analyst/Specialist to help ensure secure financial operations across the business. You will assess customer risk, support cash management, and serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders worldwide with ownership and expertise.

Key duties include generating D&B reports, monitoring agents, analyzing sales risk in Tableau, and preparing data and reports.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor degree in economics or related field, or at least 3rd year of studies.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Finance/Revenue Accounting or similar.
• Proficient English and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, charts) are advantageous.
• CV/Resume required; permit to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Ordering D&B reports upon requests.
• Triggering alert process based on D&B data.
• Airline watchlist data analysis.
• Quality check of financial data provided by other group companies.
• Preparing agent portfolios and monitoring IATA agents.
• Assignment and deletion of ticketing authority.
• Handling Cash/CC sales limits in Amadeus Sales Watcher.
• Preparing various data/reports on requests.
• Cooperation with Process Architects to improve processes.
