Job summary

Rolls-Royce Global Capability Centre in Krakow is hiring a Cash Management Process Specialist to execute and monitor daily cash operations, including bank accounts, in-house banking and intercompany settlements, while supporting liquidity forecasting and period-end reporting.

The role collaborates with Treasury, Accounting and FP&A to ensure accurate cash visibility, strong controls, and efficient cash utilization in a high-performing finance environment.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Treasury or ERP systems and bank interfaces.
• Advanced MS Excel and ability to work with payment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily cash management operations.
• Manage bank accounts and in-house banking transactions.
• Forecast liquidity and support period-end reporting.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, FP&A and other teams to ensure accurate cash visibility and control.
