Job summary

Epcnetwork is seeking a Junior Creatives Manager to join our Warsaw office. You will review and coordinate creative materials submitted by affiliate partners, ensuring quality and brand consistency.

You’ll work with Affiliate Managers and Creatives teams to drive timely approvals and revisions. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in digital marketing or affiliate-related roles, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple creative requests and deadlines.
• English level: B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collect creatives, promotional copy, offers, and landing-page links from affiliate partners for review.
• Review and quality-check submitted creatives for typos, dimensions, formats, broken links, and brand compliance.
• Coordinate the review and approval process across affiliate partners, designers, marketing, and compliance teams.
• Communicate clear, actionable feedback and follow up on revisions.
• Make minor edits to approved creatives and build simple assets using templates or AI tools.
• Organize and maintain the creative library with proper naming, folders, and campaign data.
• Track requests, approvals, deadlines, and launches in internal trackers.
• Support Affiliate Management with creative-related partner inquiries.
• Monitor competitor creatives and industry trends for improvements.
