Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Asset Management, Content Management, creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure the operational delivery, campaign coordination, and production-led work, and with creative, strategy, and client teams to keep projects on track.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and manage processes or workflows that drive customer satisfaction and business success.
• Conduct user research to uncover needs and pain points.
• Map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee the entire production workflow from initial drafts to final deliverables, including review, approval, version control, and distribution.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Define success metrics and track progress.
