Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Junior Consultant with German to support real estate project management, delivery, and advisory engagements. The role spans planning through execution and requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across Europe.

The position targets candidates with architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, or related backgrounds and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Travel across EU is expected, with a mix of client sites and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related technical discipline, plus 2 years’ experience.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability to travel and work across the EU.
• Willingness to travel according to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate projects through the full project lifecycle from planning to close-out.
• Assist in coordination and delivery of real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Support project management activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct technical assessments, project reviews, and feasibility analyses.
• Assist in preparation and review of project documentation, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers and project teams.
• Support business and operational transformation projects within real estate and infrastructure sectors.
• Participate in project meetings, workshops, and site visits as required.
• Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and client-facing documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, methodologies, and market developments.
