Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate or related technical discipline, plus 2 years’ professional experience in real estate/construction.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability to travel and work across EU as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate projects throughout the full project lifecycle from planning and design through execution and close-out.
• Assist in coordination and delivery of real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Support project management activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct technical assessments, project reviews, and feasibility analyses.
• Assist in preparation and review of project documentation, technical specifications, project plans, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers and project teams.
• Support business and operational transformation projects within real estate and infrastructure sectors.
• Participate in project meetings, workshops, and site visits when required.
• Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and client-facing documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, project delivery methodologies, and market developments.
