Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant with German to support real estate project management, delivery, and advisory engagements for international clients. You will work with multidisciplinary teams across real estate development, construction, and transformation initiatives.

The role requires +4 years in real estate/construction, fluent German and English, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work setup with 2 days in office in Wrocław/Katowice/Warsaw, and 3 days remote.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in real estate construction sector.
Fluent German and English language skills.
Willingness to travel according to business requirements.

Responsibilities

Support clients across full lifecycle of real estate projects from planning to close-out.
Provide consulting support on property construction and infrastructure projects.
Lead selected workstreams within project management and advisory engagements.
Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate collaboration among clients and teams.
Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing deliverables.
