Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Junior Consultant with German to support real estate project management, delivery, and advisory engagements. You will work across planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires a background in architecture, engineering, or related fields, plus at least 2 years in real estate/construction. Travel across the EU is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related discipline with +2 years’ experience in real estate construction.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability to travel and work across EU as per business requirements.
• Willingness to travel according to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate projects throughout the full project lifecycle from planning and design through execution and close-out.
• Assist in coordination and delivery of real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Support project management activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct technical assessments, project reviews, and feasibility analyses.
• Prepare and review project documentation, technical specifications, project plans, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams.

We are currently looking for a Junior Consultant with German to support real estate project management, project delivery, and advisory engagements. This role is ideal for candidates with an academic or professional background in architecture, engineering, construction, industrial engineering, real estate, or related disciplines who are interested in developing their careers within the broader real estate and built environment sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support real estate projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through execution and project close-out.
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Support project management activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct technical assessments, project reviews, and feasibility analyses.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, technical specifications, project plans, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Support business and operational transformation projects within the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
• Participate in project meetings, workshops, and site visits when required.
• Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and client-facing documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, project delivery methodologies, and market developments.
