Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Junior Consultant with German to support real estate project management, delivery, and advisory engagements. You will work across planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires a background in architecture, engineering, or related fields, plus at least 2 years in real estate/construction. Travel across the EU is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related discipline with +2 years’ experience in real estate construction.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability to travel and work across EU as per business requirements.
• Willingness to travel according to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate projects throughout the full project lifecycle from planning and design through execution and close-out.
• Assist in coordination and delivery of real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Support project management activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct technical assessments, project reviews, and feasibility analyses.
• Prepare and review project documentation, technical specifications, project plans, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams.
