Nexi Group is seeking a Junior Compliance Specialist to join our governance-focused team across Poland (Rzeszów, Kraków, Warszawa, Poznań). You will support corporate governance activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and help maintain governance documentation in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, office support, compliance, corporate governance, or similar role.
  • Experience in document management, administrative process coordination, or organizational support.
  • Ability to prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and internal documentation.
  • Interest in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and company regulations.
  • Communicative English language skills at a minimum B2 level.
  • University degree, preferably in Law, Administration, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine corporate governance frameworks and documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
  • Maintain and update governance policies and procedures.
  • Prepare resolutions, minutes, reports, and governance presentations.
  • Oversee circulation, storage, and archiving of corporate documents.
  • Track regulatory developments and provide governance recommendations.
  • Support regulatory reports and corporate disclosures.
  • Collaborate with management, auditors, and authorities.
  • Assist internal and external audits.
  • Draft and update charters, regulations, and governance documents.
  • Participate in standardizing governance processes.

As a Junior Compliance Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów / Kraków / Warszawa / Poznań.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to support our corporate governance and compliance activities. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining high corporate standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting key governance processes across the organization.

About Your Future Role
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate governance frameworks.
  • Monitor the organization’s compliance with internal regulations, policies, and applicable legal requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating corporate policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
  • Prepare resolutions, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and documentation for corporate bodies.
  • Oversee the proper circulation, storage, and archiving of corporate documentation.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and provide recommendations regarding corporate governance requirements.
