Job summary

Nexi is seeking a Customer Relation Advisor based in Rzeszów to engage with business clients by phone, manage service requests, and build strong relationships to ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.

You will understand client needs, contribute to service quality, and support the growth of our international PayTech team with continuous training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of telephone customer service for business clients
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Excel
• Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations
• Excellent personal culture and communication skills
• Good diction and language accuracy
• Ability to work under time pressure and achieve goals

Responsibilities

• Telephone contact with clients regarding our contractual agreement
• Handling client service requests
• Building, maintaining, and developing business relationships with clients
• Ensuring the quality of provided services and identifying the needs of our clients
• Active sales of additional services, suggesting additional services based on individual client offer verification
• Renegotiating commercial terms with clients and preparing offers
• Maintaining client profitability at the established level
• Preparing amendments for clients
• Actions aimed at increasing client loyalty to the company

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Telephone contact with clients regarding our contractual agreement
• Handling client service requests

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in telephone customer service for business clients
• Very good computer skills including MS Office and Excel
• Higher education
• Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations
• High personal culture and communication skills
• Good diction and language accuracy
• Ability to work under time pressure and strive to achieve set goals

Bonus Skills

• Good knowledge of English and fluency in Polish
