Job summary

Nexi is seeking a Junior Compliance Specialist based in Poland (Rzeszów/Kraków/Warszawa/Poznań) to support corporate governance and regulatory compliance. You’ll help maintain policies, prepare reports, minutes, and documentation, and collaborate with management and auditors in a fast-paced tech environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in similar roles, strong English (B2+), excellent attention to detail, and a proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow within Nexi’s

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in administration, office support, compliance, or corporate governance.
• Experience with document management and governance documentation is a plus.
• Ability to prepare reports, minutes, and internal documentation.
• Interest in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• English skills at B2 level or higher.
• Graduate or final-year student in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support development and improvement of governance frameworks.
• Assist in maintaining policies, procedures, and governance docs.
• Prepare resolutions, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
• Oversee circulation, storage, and archiving of documents.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide recommendations.
• Assist with regulatory reports and disclosures.
• Collaborate with management, auditors, and authorities.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Draft and update corporate documents including policies and charters.
• Participate in standardization and process improvement.
