Job summary

Versigent is seeking a professional to manage the continuous certification of vehicle charging components for global markets. You will follow up certification efforts for EV charging devices, create project support reports, and help improve the certification process to ensure ongoing compliance across countries.

The role requires an engineering degree, good English, mobility, and collaboration within the Krakow-based Technical Center. Hybrid work and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or similar).
• Basic electronics knowledge from industrial electronics preferred.
• Good English; German skills would be an asset.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Automotive Industry background preferred.
• Willingness to travel (mobility).
• Microsoft knowledge and software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Certify vehicle charging components globally and monitor certification processes.
• Follow up certification for electrical vehicle charging devices.
• Create reports to support project management.
• Improve certification processes for ongoing compliance.
• Plan re-certification and actions to meet country requirements.
• Establish contacts with certification bodies in each country as needed.
• Create and maintain a database of certification requirements.
• Plan and prioritize tasks/projects; deliver on time.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.

YOUR ROLE

• Responsibility for continuous certification for our vehicle charging components around the world
• Follow-up of the certification process for electrical vehicle charging devices
• Creating reports as support for the overall projects management
• Support continuous improvement of the right process to assure on-going certification
• Manage the planning of re-certification and launching all needed actions to be compliant with countries certification
• Establish & maintain contacts with certification institutions in each country is needed
• Create and maintain database of certification requirements
• Planning and prioritizing tasks/project.
• Realization of given tasks on time and in accordance with corporate and Technical Center Krakow quality system.
• Constant and systematic improving of professional qualifications
• Care for confidential information and company’s property

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Academic or engineer degree in the field of electrical engineering / mechanical engineering or similar
• Basic electronics knowledge from the field of industrial electronics preferred
• Good English skills (both spoken and written), German skills would be an asset
