Ecolab Kraków is seeking a Junior Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain Poland & Baltics Team. This 18-month full-time position is offered through Manpower as a contingent role, designed to provide hands-on experience in a dynamic supply chain environment.

You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate with service functions, maintain master data, and help improve processes. The role requires basic analytics, strong communication in Polish and English, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in Polish & English.
• Up to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, customer service, planning, or a related area; relevant internships are welcome.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, will be an asset.
• Good numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn, take ownership, and solve problems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain operations, including order management, inventory monitoring, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics, procurement, warehouses, and transport providers.
• Follow up on product availability, delayed orders, and delivery issues, escalating risks when necessary.
• Maintain accurate master data, order information, and supply chain records.
• Prepare regular operational reports and support analysis of service, inventory, and delivery performance.
• Support stock allocation, replenishment, and inventory control activities.
• Communicate order and delivery updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and help standardize supply chain activities.
