Job summary

Lufthansa Group Business Services Sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a senior reporting professional to design and build business reports, extract data from multiple LH systems, and deliver stakeholder-ready insights. You will lead data-driven projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SSC environment.

The role requires 6+ years in reporting/data management, strong English, and project coordination skills, with exposure to automation and BI tools. Polish work permit is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, IT disciplines or similar
• 6+ years’ experience in SSC or BPO environment, preferably in Reporting and/or Data Management

Responsibilities

• Designing and building business reports (Identifying data sources, data cleansing and building data models)
• Extraction & processing of data from various LH systems
• Building reporting solutions for stakeholders
• Contacting proactively customers – independently handling of incoming/outgoing communication written and verbal, driving projects independently with customers
• Keeping up to date in the field of expertise by exploring new technologies
• Contributing to knowledge exchange and best‑practice sharing within and outside the team
• Further developing the product portfolio and joint development of additional products with customers and other LGBS departments
• Coordinating internal projects within LGBS (automations, migration activities)
• Conducting trainings / workshops (as required)
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, IT disciplines or similar
• Over 6 years’ experience in SSC or BPO environment, preferably in Reporting and/or Data Management
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – min. C1
• Project management and coordination skills

• Excellent command of Microsoft applications i.e. Teams, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, analytical functions, data visualization), Access, Word
• Understanding of data models, BI tools
• Experience in providing communication and/or training to employees
• Command of SAP Data sphere / SAC / S4 / Python / Power Apps will be an asset
