Job summary

Armacell in Poland is seeking an organized Accounts Payable professional to ensure accurate vendor payments and timely processing in an international finance environment.

You will verify invoices, match PO with goods receipts, manage data entry, assist with month-end closing, and respond to vendor inquiries; fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting is an advantage.
• Initial experience or foundational knowledge of accounts payable or accounting processes.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
• Structured, organized working style with good time management.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and English at minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities
