Job summary

Armacell Poland, based near Środa Śląska, seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Leader to drive plant planning, material availability and logistics across operations.

You will lead production planning, warehousing, inventory accuracy, and SAP data integrity while promoting improvements and cost efficiency. Fluent Polish and strong English are required for this role in an international environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
• At least seven years of relevant manufacturing supply chain experience.
• Several years of people-management experience.
• Strong expertise in planning, MRP, inventory, transport and logistics.
• Confident use of SAP and strong analytical skills.
• Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to make timely decisions in changing operations.
• Interest in using digital tools and data to support improvement.
• Fluent Polish and very good business English.
